How To Make Mark’s Feed Store’s BBQ Smoked Turkey Recipe
Smoky, juicy, and flavorful turkey smoked to perfection on the BBQ grill.

Ingredients
- 1 (12-14 lb) turkey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

Rinse turkey under cold water and pat dry.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make the rub.

Rub the turkey generously with the spice rub, inside and out.

Place the turkey in a large smoker or on a BBQ grill with indirect heat.

Smoke the turkey at 225°F for around 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving and serving.
