How To Make Mark’s Feed Store’s Brunswick Stew Recipe
A savory stew made with chicken, pork, vegetables and a touch of BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lb pork shoulder
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season chicken and pork with salt and pepper, and place in a Dutch oven with chicken broth, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Remove the meat from the pot and shred it.

Add onion, green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, creamed corn, BBQ sauce, and shredded chicken and pork back into the pot.

Simmer for another hour.

Serve hot with cornbread.
