Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Season pork shoulder with salt.

  3. In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  4. Pour half of the sauce mixture into a baking dish, then add the pork shoulder.

  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the pork shoulder.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 4 hours.

  7. Remove the pork shoulder from the oven and shred the meat with two forks.

  8. Toast the hamburger buns and add the pulled pork on top. Serve.
