- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice

- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup of shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of toasted pine nuts
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Wash and trim the zucchinis. Slice them into thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
