Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
