How To Make Louise’s Italian Cafe Pesto Pasta Recipe
A classic Italian pasta dish loaded with fresh basil pesto, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of pasta
- 2 cups of fresh basil leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, combine the basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot.
