How To Make Louise’s Italian Cafe Lasagna Recipe
A classic lasagna recipe filled with layers of delicious Italian flavors.

Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring occasionally. Drain off excess fat.

Stir in spaghetti sauce and salt. Heat through.

In a bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer 4 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the meat sauce, and 1/2 of the cheese mixture.

Repeat layers, ending with the meat sauce on top.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes.

Uncover and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
