How To Make Liam’s Chicken Tenders Recipe
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside- Liam’s chicken tenders are the perfect snack time treat.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.

Place panko bread crumbs in a third shallow dish.

Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the panko bread crumbs, pressing to coat each tender evenly.

Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
