Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp of paprika
- 2 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of onion powder
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- oil for frying
- 4 burger buns
- lettuce
- tomato slices
- mayonnaise
Instructions

Pound the chicken breasts until they are evenly thick.

Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, and hot sauce.

Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk mixture, and then in the flour mixture again.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
