How To Make Liam’s Fried Pickles Recipe
Crispy and crunchy pickles perfect for snacking or as a starter for any meal.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 16 oz sliced pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Drain the pickles in a colander and pat dry with a paper towel.

Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Put the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Coat each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and then coat in the breadcrumbs.

Add the coated pickles to the skillet and fry until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the fried pickles to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
