How To Make Liam’s Grilled Cheese Recipe

A classic sandwich with gooey melted cheese between buttery slices of bread.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 8 slices of your preferred cheese (cheddar, American, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of four of the bread slices.

  4. Cover each cheese slice with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

  5. Place sandwiches in skillet or on griddle and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
