How To Make Kings Hawaiian Haupia Recipe
A creamy and coconutty Hawaiian dessert made with Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls.

Ingredients
- 6 Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls, cut into small cubes
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

In a baking dish, place the cubed Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls and pour the coconut mixture on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
