Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter together.

Add in baking soda and salt and mix well.

Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix in flour and stir until just combined.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and slicing.
