How To Make Recipe Jersey Mike s Buffalo Chicken Sub
A spicy and delicious sandwich filled with buffalo chicken, veggies and cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grill the chicken on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until cooked.

While the chicken is cooking, mix buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Cut the chicken into thin slices.

Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.

On each roll layer lettuce, tomato and onion.

Top with chicken and pour buffalo sauce on top.

Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of chicken.

Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot.
