How To Make Jersey Mike’s Italian Sub Recipe
A classic Italian sub sandwich with ham, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and red wine vinegar.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of salami
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 handfuls of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cut the hoagie rolls in half and lightly toast them.

Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.

Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onion.

Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
