How To Make Ina Garten Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Succulent shrimp simmered in garlic, white wine and butter, and served with crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.

  4. Pour in white wine and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Stir in parsley and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot with crusty bread.
