Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat butter and olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.

Pour in white wine and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in parsley and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with crusty bread.
