How To Make Hardee’s Breakfast Burrito Recipe
Warm tortilla wrapped around egg, sausage, cheese and hashbrown.

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook onion and green pepper until softened.

Add sausage crumbles and heat through.

Pour egg mixture over sausage mixture in skillet; cook and stir until eggs are fully cooked.

Remove skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.

Divide hashbrown potatoes evenly onto each tortilla.

Spoon egg mixture over potatoes; roll up tortillas.
