How To Make Copycat IHOP Fiesta Breakfast Burrito

  • 1 long tortilla (corn or flour)
  • 1/2 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • Lettuce (as desired)
  1. Scramble the egg and cook the beef in a pan.

  2. Add egg, ground beef, and cheese on the tortilla.

  3. Add in salsa, sour cream, and lettuce.

  4. Start rolling tortilla in a burrito shape.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
