How To Make No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup hazelnut spread (Nutella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, chopped hazelnuts, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add in the hazelnut spread and mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cheesecake, then use a toothpick to create swirls.

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once set, remove the sides of the springform pan and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.

Slice and serve the no-bake chocolate hazelnut cheesecake.
