How To Make Fannie May Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Rich and decadent chocolate truffles made with Fannie May chocolate.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Fannie May chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cocoa powder or chopped nuts, for coating
Instructions

Place the chopped Fannie May chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, unsalted butter, and salt until simmering.

Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, until it is firm.

Scoop the mixture into small balls and roll them in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat.
