Ingredients

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream, stirring frequently.

  2. Once melted and smooth, add peppermint extract and green food coloring.

  3. Pour mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate until firm (about 20 minutes).

  4. Remove from refrigerator and roll spoonfuls into balls.

  5. Roll the balls in powdered sugar until coated.

  6. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes to set.
