Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, making sure the coconut is completely coated.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the mixture onto it in small clusters.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Use a spatula to lift the clusters from the parchment paper and serve.
