These crab cakes are the perfect balance of sweet crab meat and zesty seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes.

  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

  5. Once the butter is melted, add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

  6. Serve the crab cakes with lemon wedges and enjoy!
