How To Make Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Munchkins

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion dough into the muffin tin.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
