How To Make Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Munchkins
These pumpkin-flavored bite-sized snacks are perfect for fall!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion dough into the muffin tin.

Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Let cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
