How To Make Cold Stone Creamery Sweet Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a simmer.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
