How To Make Buffalo Wild Wings Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
Loaded with spicy chicken, cheese, and veggies between crispy tortillas.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
- sour cream and salsa, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté red onion, green pepper, and jalapeño until tender, about 5 minutes.

Place one tortilla on a large skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and top with half the chicken and veggie mixture. Sprinkle with another 1/2 cup cheese and top with another tortilla. Cook until tortilla is crispy and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat for second quesadilla.

Cut each quesadilla into quarters and serve with sour cream and salsa.
