How To Make Dark Chocolate Truffles
Decadent dark chocolate truffles that melt in your mouth with every bite.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.

Remove from heat and add in dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into a bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until slightly firm.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scooper, make 12 truffle balls and place them on the sheet.

Roll each truffle in your hands to shape them into small balls.

Dust each truffle in cocoa powder.

Chill again for at least 30 minutes until firm.
