  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Cut the avocados in half, scoop out the flesh and discard the pit and skin.

  2. Blend the avocado flesh, cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  3. Divide the pudding into 4 small bowls or ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
