Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse dates and mixed nuts until they form a sticky mixture.

  2. Add melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until well combined.

  3. Using hands, shape mixture into small balls.

  4. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
