How To Make Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until creamy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in the melted dark chocolate chips and raspberry jam until fully incorporated.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust in the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
