How To Make Dark Chocolate Orange Biscotti Recipe
Crunchy, double baked cookies with rich dark chocolate and a hint of orange zest.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla extract, orange juice, and zest.

Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Place dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a rectangle. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is firm to the touch.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice the dough diagonally into 1 inch slices.

Arrange the slices, cut side down on baking sheet and bake again for 15-20 minutes or until the biscotti looks crisp and dry.
