How To Make Dark Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
These delicious macaroons are made with dark chocolate and coconut, a perfect balance of sweet and indulgent flavors!

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together coconut and chocolate chips.

In another bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add sugar to the egg whites while continuing to whisk until glossy peaks form.

Add vanilla extract and salt, and fold the coconut mixture into the egg whites.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
