How To Make Paprika Chicken Ciabattas

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • Lettuce and tomato, for topping
  • Mayonnaise, for spreading

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.

  4. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them on the grill.

  7. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls.

  8. Top each roll with a grilled chicken breast, a slice of provolone cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

  9. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.

  10. Serve the paprika chicken ciabattas warm and enjoy!
