Juicy chicken cooked with paprika, onions and bell peppers in a Dutch oven, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and brown chicken for 5-7 minutes per side.

  4. Remove chicken from the Dutch oven, and add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes.

  5. Return chicken to the Dutch oven, cover, and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

  6. Uncover the Dutch oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
