Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the paprika mixture and place them in a baking dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, toss the diced potatoes with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, and olive oil. Spread them around the chicken in the baking dish.

  5. Arrange lemon slices on top.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.

  7. Serve hot with a side salad or vegetables.
