How To Make Indian Chicken Protein Pots

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.

Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are no longer pink.

Stir in the Greek yogurt and water. Season with salt to taste.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
