How To Make Passion Fruit Pots with Coconut Stars

Ingredients
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

In a saucepan, heat the passion fruit pulp, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Then, microwave for 10 seconds until the gelatin is dissolved.

Stir the gelatin mixture into the passion fruit mixture until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into individual serving pots or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the desiccated coconut in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet. Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out coconut stars from the coconut layer.

Bake the coconut stars for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pots from the refrigerator and garnish each with a coconut star before serving.
