Tender chicken breasts stuffed with savory pesto and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of pesto
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Use a sharp knife to carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Be careful not to cut through to the other side.

In a bowl, combine pesto, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the pesto mixture into each chicken breast pocket. Make sure to seal the edges so the filling doesn’t escape.

Place the chicken breasts onto a baking dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
