How To Make Dutch Oven Lemon Herb Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken flavored with lemon and herbs, cooked to perfection in a Dutch oven.

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove chicken from the Dutch oven and set aside.

Add lemon slices, rosemary, thyme, and garlic to the bottom of the Dutch oven.

Place chicken on top of the herbs and lemon slices.

Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the lid of the Dutch oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the skin.

Serve hot.
