How To Make Dutch Oven Tomato Basil Chicken Recipe
A flavorful and healthy chicken dish cooked in a Dutch Oven with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a Dutch Oven over medium heat.

Add the chicken thighs to the Dutch Oven and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned.

Add the minced garlic to the Dutch Oven and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
