How To Make Dutch Oven Cranberry Chicken Recipe
A savory and tangy chicken dish with hints of cranberry sweetness.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven.

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sear them in the Dutch oven for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Remove chicken from pan and set it aside.

Add dried cranberries, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth to the Dutch oven.

Stir until combined and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken thighs back to the Dutch oven and spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.

Cover the Dutch oven and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the lid and add chopped pecans to the Dutch oven.

Continue baking for another 15 minutes, uncovered.
