How To Make Dutch Oven Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe
A flavorful chicken dish cooked in a dutch oven with garlic and butter.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Season chicken legs with salt and black pepper and add to the Dutch oven. Sear on both sides until golden brown.

Add lemon slices and parsley on top of the chicken.

Cover the Dutch oven and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the chicken.

Serve hot and enjoy!
