Incredibly delicious and cheesy, these well-seasoned cauliflower nuggets are stuffed with cheese, then baked to crispy perfection in just 20 minutes!

  • 1headcauliflower,steamed
  • 1egg
  • ¾cupbreadcrumb
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 2tbspdried parsley
  • 12cubescheddar cheese,1-inch cubes
  • 1cupflour
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • 1cupbreadcrumb


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mash the cauliflower until slightly combined.

  3. Add the egg, ¾ cup of bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley, and mix with a fork until combined.

  4. Chill for 10 minutes.

  5. Form the mixture into nuggets with a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Pack them tightly.

  6. Roll each nugget in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.

  7. Place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping the nuggets halfway through. Brush with oil for browner nuggets.
