How To Make Blueberry Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Add rolled oats and mix until they are coated in the wet mixture.

Gently fold in blueberries.

Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet.
