  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond flour, dried cherries, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

  3. Scoop out mixture into 8 equal-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Gently press down on each portion with the back of a spoon to flatten slightly.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
