Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.

  3. Add in the coconut flour, rolled oats, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and flatten with a fork.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
