Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Stir in hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and diced red bell pepper.

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
