How To Make Christmas Morning Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups of frozen hash browns
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook hash browns until lightly browned.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

Layer hash browns, bacon and cheese in a lightly greased casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over all.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until casserole is set and top is golden brown.
