Ingredients

  • 4 cups of frozen hash browns
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, cook hash browns until lightly browned.

  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

  5. Layer hash browns, bacon and cheese in a lightly greased casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over all.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until casserole is set and top is golden brown.
