How To Make Hash Brown and Egg Bake

A satisfying breakfast casserole with crispy hash browns and fluffy eggs.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of diced ham
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  3. Spread frozen hash browns in the bottom of the dish.

  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, ham, onion, and green bell pepper.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together.

  6. Pour egg mixture over the hash brown mixture.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.

  8. Serve hot.
